The 40-year-old North Kingstown resident is a Rhode Island native.He received his bachelor's degree from McGill University, and his law degree from Catholic University's Columbus School of Law.

He most recently worked as a policy analyst for the Employees Retirement System of Rhode Island.He is a former partner in the law firm Mactaz, Keefer & Kirby, and has also worked in solo practice.

First off, the site -- at http://www.rilin.state.ri.us/ -- is participating in the "Bobby" compliance program that helps expose and fix barriers to accessibility for users who are blind, deaf or physically impaired.
