In 1999, he created Skipper, the California Dog for Healthy Kids for a state of California family insurance program. The fun colorful package features a yummie treat that is fun to eat.Crocodile Crunch is a trail mix of chococate peanuts, chewy dried fruit and lots of crunchies. The idea was originally submitted to The Big Idea Group as a snack bar for a General Mills Healthy Snacks contest. In 1995 The programs Mascots Harryl & Darryl became ambassadors of urban ghettos with the hip hop message "Be Good To Your Hood". While conducting a 55 school tour through headstart centers the funky slogan appeared on more than 700 city busses. In 97' Troy along with rap artist J-Luv recorded the single "HD Funky Walkers" under the direction of music producer Jimmie Weaver of Vault Studios.
