Sally Walker, formerly of Las Cruces, New Mexico has accepted the new position as vice-president of human resources at Central Peninsula Hospital and Heritage Place.Walker has more than 17 years of human resource management experience and 10 years in healthcare.Before coming to the Kenai Peninsula, Walker served as the Director of Human Resources Development at Mountain View Regional Medical Center in Las Cruces, a 162-bed acute care hospital. Walker holds a Master of Arts, in Management/Human Resources from Webster University and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Management/Human Resources from Park University.She has also earned certification in her specialty as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management.
