Over a 25-year period in Practice both in the UK and in Hong Kong, Eric has been involved in criminal cases of all types and at all levels of seriousness.Whether in the Magistrates or Crown Courts Eric is more than happy to represent Clients in all matters relating to the criminal justice system.Eric has dealt with many cases involving sexual offences, fraud, violence, vice and even intellectual property.Eric has a strong interest in Mental Health Law and has conducted many Mental Health Review tribunals for clients detained under the Act.He was appointed to the Attorney-Generals list for prosecution counsel and currently has instructions for many DWP and CSA cases.

FAMILYEric has been involved in family matters of all types and at all levels of seriousness.Eric's main areas of practice relate to Child orientated work, rather than the financial aspects of marital breakdown.In this respect he has done many private and public law cases.In particular he has been involved in cases of abuse that have had both civil and criminal ramifications.Eric is recognised as an expert on Hong Kong law in this field and has given advice to the Courts in Public Law cases in the past.

CIVILEric has been involved in civil matters of all types and at all levels of seriousness.Whilst predominantly working in the field of Personal Injuries, he has experience in Medical Negligence and general contract matters.Whilst in Hong Kong Eric did many high value injury cases, both fatal and non-fatal.On his return to the UK in 1991 Eric began to rebuild this area of his practice and has done many lower value cases since then alongside the higher value matters.
