Lim, one of our Independent Directors, is an Investment Manager with Seavi Venture Services Pte Ltd ("Seavi"), a private equity firm in Singapore.Seavi is an affiliate of Advent International Corporation, a US private equity firm with US$6 billion under management.At Seavi, he is responsible for identifying suitable companies for acquisitions, and for monitoring of existing portfolio companies.From 1996 to 2000, he was a Business Development Manager with Econ International Ltd ("Econ"), an engineering and construction service provider listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST.

At Econ, he was involved in several cross-border acquisitions.From 1994 to 1996, he was a Deputy Manager with United Overseas Bank Limited, where he was responsible for executing corporate finance transactions under the bank's Corporate Finance Department.He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
