West Virginia ABCA Commissioner Thomas Keeley has designated Deputy Commissioner A. Keith Wagner to serve as the representative to the NABCA Board of Directors for the coming year.

Mr. Wagner has served as Deputy Commissioner for the West Virginia ABCA for the past 5 years.Before his tenure with the ABCA, Mr. Wagner served 8 years in the West Virginia State Senate, where he held positions within the leadership of the senate.He also comes from an educational background, being a music instructor in the public schools and leading his high school band to many awards throughout the southeastern United States.He holds his bachelors degree from Bluefield State College and has done graduate work at Marshall University and is in the process of obtaining his Masters degree from West Virginia University.Mr. Wagner and his wife Vickie live in Iaeger WV, and have two children.
