Jane Wade

Jane Wade has joined the Northamptonshire circuit from former leading event management specialists European Events, and brings a wealth of experience to her new role.

The 35-year-old has always worked within the sales, events and marketing industry and has gained vast knowledge and experience in these fields over her 14-year career.

Jane began her career as a sales rep with Douglas Gill International selling to retail outlets, and during her seven years with the company gained a diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

She joined European Events in 2002 as marketing manager and gained her Masters Degree in Leisure Marketing. Jane was promoted to head of the sales team before joining the board of directors.

Jane is looking forward to being part of a well-established Rockingham team and building on the success of previous years.

Jane Wade Jane Wade, Commercial Director, joined the European Group in 2002 as Marketing Manager, and has a strong background in sales and marketing having spent five years in an Account Manager and Business Development role, in addition to two years as Marketing Manager for a leading sports clothing brand. Jane joined the Board at the European Group in 2003 and is a shareholder, now overseeing the Group Marketing activity.

Jane's practical experience is accompanied by a strong academic record with a BSc(Hons) in Business, Diploma in Marketing and an MA in Marketing within the Leisure sector.

Passionate about sailing, Jane is married with two daughters, Imogen and Harriet.

Originally from London, Jane moved to Northamptonshire from the capital 13 years ago. She has now made the county her home and lives in Chapel Brampton with her husband David and two young daughters, Imogen and Harriet.
