James Wade has 17 years of financial management experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.In his previous positions, Mr. Wade played a pivotal role to raise over $30 million in public and private equity capital.Prior to joining Scandius, he held various financial and operational positions at XCellerex, LLC, Whatman, Inc, PDS Worldwide, InterNutria, Inc and Critical Care America, Inc.

Mr. Wade holds a BA in Accounting from Assumption College, and a MBA from Nichols College.
