DJ Andy Vorland ('82)
Born in 1964, Andy Vorland attended NIS for 12 years, graduating in 1982.Besides being a force to be reckoned with on the basketball court, Andy was also involved in yearbook and Student Council.After NIS, Andy continued his studies at Augsburg College in Minnesota and went on to graduate from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Asian Philosophy.Andy currently makes his home in Nagoya where he is the morning DJ for RadioI, a new English-based radio station established in April.We caught up with Andy outside the RadioI studio in front of the TV Tower in the heart of Sakae.
