Amy works at PPI Technical Communications, a division of Advancement LLC, as the Quality Assurance Manager. She also supports project management at PPI, where she handles translation coordination and special projects. She has been with PPI for over 16 years. Before deciding on the field of technical communication, Amy prepared and gave similar presentations as part of an Art Therapy graduate program at Ursuline College.
