RYAN T. VOGRINEC, CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Mr. Vogrinec has over 15 years of Information Technology experience, which started with software development working on Atari BASIC, and continuing though most modern application development languages.Ryan's experience began with technologies like FoxPro 2.0/2.5 and Microsoft Visual Basic 3, later transitioning into the Delphi development language and most of Microsoft's DNA and .NET technologies.During his tenure in the software development industry, Mr. Vogrinec served with a myriad of different industries.These range from Fortune 500 healthcare solutions providers, State and Local municipalities, consulting firms to Small Business custom development groups and internet based CRM development companies.

Mr. Vogrinec is fully skilled in ICD9-CM, ICD10, SNOMED, DSM-IV as well as technologies such as ORACLE 7.x , Microsoft SQL Server, SOAP, DCOM, COM+, NT Services, NT API, ISAPI, Concurrency, Semaphotes, Critical Sections, Memory Mapped Files and Multi Threading.His technical career culminated with his recent Master Certified Delphi Developer certification.Mr. Vogrinec has an extensive background in technical project management in both the public and private sectors.He has managed staffs of up to 14 technical developers, testers and business systems analysts.This senior level technical management experience has rounded out the vast technical expertise that he brings to Retail Design Studios.
