    Gregg began his career as a process control and instrumentation design engineer for several years before crossing into acoustical design and systems engineering in 1984.Since that time he has specialized in the design of a broad range of facility types including recording and broadcast studios, houses of worship, and performing arts facilities.Gregg has recently completed design of a state-of-the-art theater/performing arts facility for Butler County Community College, a 1400-seat theater/auditorium for Plum Borough School District near Pittsburgh, an auditorium for Saginaw Valley State University, Augusta State University, and a theater at the University of California-San Diego.Previous projects include music recording and mixing studios for Gallery Studios in Manhattan; The Manchester Craftsmen's Guild in Pittsburgh; Teddy Riley's Future Recording Studios in Virginia Beach, and worship facilities for the Walnut Grove Assembly of God, Calvary Full Gospel, and Wildwood Chapel.Gregg has also recently completed a revolutionary control room design for a PGA Tour mobile facility.

    Gregg is a graduate of the Ohio Institute of Technology where he received his degree in electrical engineering.He is an active member of the Audio Engineers Society and the Acoustical Society of America.

    Gregg specializes in the design and renovation of a broad range of facility types, including performing arts facilities, classrooms, lecture halls, videoconferencing labs, recording and broadcast studios. His 17 years experience designing and working for professional recording studios such as CBN Network's audio post facility in Virginia Beach VA and Gallery Studios in Manhattan NY, mixing film score music for a variety of independent and Hollywood productions, and working with artists ranging from Peter Gabriel and Rusted Root to The Beach Boys and Christina Aguilera, gives him special insight into the nuances of acoustic design.

    Vizza was responsible for the acoustic renovation design of Carnegie Mellon University's new music engineering/recording studio, plus the award-winning renovation of CMU's Alumni Recital Hall.Gregg has done work on a series of lecture halls for Ohio University, the new College of Education building at Saginaw State University in Flint MI, and a series of well over a dozen music education facilities in the eastern and mid-western US, including auditoria on college campuses ranging from Concordia (MN) and Monroe (NY), to Westminster (PA) and Wartburg (IA).

    Other recent projects include Ideastream/Playhouse Square, the new corporate headquarters of WVIZ/PBS Television, Cleveland OH, the Global Collaboratory at Syracuse University, and the new Carolyn M. Byham FM Broadcasting Studio for WQED Multimedia, Pittsburgh.

    Gregg has also recently completed the design of a state-of-the-art theater/performing arts facility for Butler County Community College, a 1400-seat Plum School theater/auditorium near Pittsburgh and a cutting-edge technology performance theatre and "black box" theater for the University of California-San Diego.Gregg is an active member of Audio Engineering Society and Acoustical Society of America.
