"In order to continue providing our customers with a world-class experience by extending this service channel to them, we needed to maximize our ATM channel's financials, and even more importantly, the channel's performance," said Michael Vizard, president and CEO of Cross Keys."We knew from our evaluation that this channel was very popular with our customers, so we decided to look at alternative ways to manage it.Diebold Integrated Services enabled us to combine and manage our ATM and debit card programs while allowing our staff to focus more on customers and less on the operation of the channel."Under the outsourcing agreement, Diebold's Integrated Services solution will provide ATMs, transaction processing, card management, software, monitoring, help desk services and custom ATM screens.Additionally, Diebold will provide on-site and depot repair service for the bank's existing and newly installed ATMs."Our local Diebold team was 'Johnny-on-the-spot' when it came to resolving minor technical issues, and our sales representative stayed with us long after the sale to assure things were moving along efficiently," Vizard said.
