   Bradford School principal Cathy Vitone has worked closely with Greb in the three years since the launch of Bradford as the university magnet, and the two pooled efforts in the years prior on the project's conception.

   Vitone notices the impact that the MSU presence has on the culture of her K-5 school, which welcomed 12 MSU student teachers this semester.
   
   Between classroom teachers, teacher's assistants and the student teachers provided through the partnership, Bradford maintains an impressive student-teacher ratio, which Vitone said makes her students feel remarkably special.
   
   "They feel that there is always a lot of people that care about them," she said.
   
   The two colleagues rattled off the various ways in which the partnership has been an educational advantage for both the MSU teacher education program and Bradford.
   
   "So much about this is about what's shared," said Vitone. "It's such a wonderful collaboration."
