BlueStar Communications , Inc. , a provider of DSL high-speed broadband Internet access to businesses in the Southeastern United States , has made the following additions to its Charleston staff : Dusty Vitale has been named field operations manager.Previously district manager for Banctec CNS , Vitale will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of DSL equipment.
