   Rick is an operationally focused, seasoned leader with over twenty years of technology and professional services experience. As senior vice president of services, Rick advances LRN's commitment to its customers, by offering state-of-the-art deployment, implementation and management. He helps to extend the value of our solutions with strategic foresight along with flawless corporate culture building solutions.
   
   In addition, Rick spearheads LRN's efforts for greater international expansion and seeks entry into new global markets.
   
   Most recently, Rick was the executive vice president of global services for OfficeTiger LLC and was responsible for OfficeTiger's growth and services programs. He also served as president and CEO of Financial Management Services, its financial services unit.
   
   Prior to joining OfficeTiger, Mr. Vita served in several global leadership positions in his 9 years at Accenture. As a global managing director he served as a member of the Executive Committee of the Resources Business Unit and the firm's Global Marketing Management Committee. He also played a pivotal role in developing and leading key global service markets such as its industry leading ERP outsourcing practice in the 1990s, and later its ventures into BPO services.
   
   He served as the COO of the EMC/Accenture professional services partnership. He served as senior vice president at First Data Technologies and has held other national and international leadership positions prior to Accenture.
   
   Earlier in his career, he was with Amdahl, Memorex and Data Engineering Sales in various sales and marketing roles.
   
   Rick holds a BA from College of the Holy Cross.
