Experience

Mr. Vita joined the staff of AvAirPros in 1999.He has more than twenty years of experience in a variety of legal and financial capacities including the representation of airline interests with respect to the acquisition of airport and commercial facilities and other airport issues.

Mr. Vita is currently principally providing support to AvAirPros' Airline Liaison Office at Chicago's Midway Airport.He also provides advice and consulting services to the Midway Airline Terminal Consortium on rates and charges, airport use and lease agreement issues, construction contracts, general contracts and corporate governance issues.

Mr. Vita is also a member of AvAirPros' concession services consulting group for which he provides financial services and lease and contract drafting services and advice.

Mr. Vita also provides negotiation support services to the international carriers in airport use and lease agreement negotiations at Philadelphia International Airport.

Mr. Vita supported the AvAirPros' Airline Liaison Office at Oakland International Airport in the negotiation of an airport operating agreement and a comprehensive review of the airport's capital improvement program.

Mr. Vita has also represented airline interests with respect to the World Gateway Program at Chicago O'Hare International Airport.

Since joining AvAirPros Mr. Vita has also provided financial, analytical and drafting support on a variety of projects including central rental car facilities, loading bridge advertising programs, airport benchmarking and the financial review of airport master plans.Mr. Vita also acts as a resource for other AvAirPros staff members with respect to contractual matters and negotiations and issues arising at locations throughout the United States.

Prior to joining AvAirPros, Mr. Vita was employed by USAir as its regional director-properties from 1984 to 1991.

He was the chairman of the Airline Airport Affairs committees at Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Charleston, West Virginia, and Wilkes-Barre-Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Vita is a licensed attorney.In his law practice he has successfully represented individual, corporate and governmental clients as a litigator and negotiator in a variety of complex, multi-party commercial matters including multi-million dollar debtor/creditor workouts, business sales, bankruptcy reorganizations and other commercial transactions.
