   Andy Visser is Senior Consultant and Chief Executive Officer of Connections Inc.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).In addition to his full time position with Connections, Andy is a Director of The Creative Living Center, PC a community Family, Marriage, and Mental Health counseling firm.He also maintains a psychotherapy practice with Plains Area Mental Health Center.His past professional experience includes developing programs for Native American youth in Zuni, New Mexico, managing programs for adolescents with behavioral problems in a community based rehabilitation setting, staff training and consultation responsibilities for the Iowa Department of Public Instruction, Division of Community Colleges, and the University of Iowa Hospital Schools.He has his Bachelors degree from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa and his Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota.He is a Licensed Mental Health counselor in Iowa and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
   
   Andy spent his childhood on a dairy farm in Northwest Washington state.Since 1976, he has lived in Rock Valley, Iowa where he currently lives with his wife, Jolene and the youngest of their four children.He is a passionate gardener, (raspberries and apples are his specialty) and loves traveling and camping.
