Vivek Vishwabhan has joined Ropers & Majeski in August 2004 as an Associate.Mr. Vishwabhan is qualified as a Solicitor enrolled at the Rolls of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and is an Advocate licensed to practice in the High Court of Delhi, India.Mr. Vishwabhan is currently in the process of fulfilling his requirements for the California Bar.Mr. Vishwabhan has significant experience in the areas of drafting and negotiations of IT software development contracts; business process and IT outsourcing contracts; call center contracts, technology license agreements; and data hosting and server farm contracts.Mr. Vishwabhan also has experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations in multinational jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Ropers & Majeski, Mr. Vishwabhan worked as in-house Legal Counsel for the last 4 years at HCL Technologies, one of the top 5 India software development conglomerates, at its US headquarters in Silicon Valley.Mr. Vishwabhan was responsible for overseeing all US legal matters for HCL Technologies.Mr. Vishwabhan also worked with American Express and Reckitt Benckiser as Legal Manager.
