Volker Visarius , Principal Advisor He is economist by education with a M.Sc. from Free University, Berlin.Since 1995 he works in the International Cooperation mainly for GTZ and KfW.Prior to Ghana he has worked in Mozambique to set up a microfinance institution for GTZ.Other country experiences include Egypt, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Trinidad & Tobago.He is a specialist in microfinance, SME finance, Business Development Services and organizational development.
