Mr. Virtue has over 25 years experience in bidding and estimating various types of government and commercial construction projects.His expertise also includes extensive project management, purchasing, and personnel management.
He is a First, Third and Fourth Year Instructor at the General Electric School and Prince George's Community College in Prince George's County, Maryland.Course he has taught include Lighting, Transformers, Switchgear, Motor Control 1 and 2, Master's Exam Preparation, Journeyman's Exam Preparation, Basic Electricity, Residential Wiring, and Electrical Estimating.He is also the Apprenticeship Chairman of the IEC of Maryland.
He is directly responsible for the quality control of projects under his supervision, estimating and take-offs, obtaining competitive pricing, purchasing materials, personnel management.
