   Dr. Virtue has served in the ministries of New Testament Baptist Church since 1970.He began at Dade Christian as a math and Bible teacher, served as Dean of Students, and was Headmaster of the school for 13 years.He moved to full-time on the church staff in 1992, serving as Director of Christian Education and Administrative Pastor.In 1998, he assumed the role of Principal at The Master's Academy.He currently serves as the Principal of The Master's Academy, Superintendent of Schools of both TMA and Dade Christian, and Assistant Pastor for the Dade Location of NTBC.

   class="hl">Dr. Virtue and his wife, Linda, have been a part of New Testament Baptist Church for over 30 years.Dr. Virtue served as the Headmaster of Dade Christian School for 13 years, and was the Administrative Pastor of New Testament Baptist Church for 5 years before assuming the position of Principal of The Master's Academy in March, 1998.In August, 2003 he was named as Superintendent over both schools in our ministry.He also serves as the Academic Dean of the New Testament College of Discipleship and as an assistant pastor of the church.Linda teaches business at Dade Christian School.Jim and Linda have two children, Deanna and David.
