Amber is a member of our national taxation team and specialises in corporate and international taxation.

Amber has significant experience advising New Zealand and offshore clients on the tax implications of inbound and outbound investments, structured finance transactions and corporate restructures.

Most recently, Amber has been involved in assisting clients with complex tax disputes, making voluntary disclosures and obtaining private binding rulings from the IRD.

Amber also advises high net worth individuals on their tax positions (including the new temporary tax exemption for new migrants and returning expatriates) and issues relating to trusts.

Before joining Buddle Findlay, Amber worked in the tax consultancy practice of a large accounting firm.
