Louis Vaughan, one of the original founders of Building Bridges LLC, is an HR professional with over twenty-five years of experience.He has managed and directed employee relations, recruitment and retention, dispute resolution, and training programs while serving with the United States Air Force and the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System.In addition, for ten years, he served as a management consultant and employment counselor with the Department of Employment Dispute Resolution.His strength is in people management, most significantly in the evaluation of current programs, and the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that enhance performance and personnel management effectiveness.For two years, Lou taught an undergraduate human resource management course at the University of Mary Washington.Also, he co-taught a basic mediation course in the School of Continuing Studies at the University of Richmond.
