Lizanne Vaughan is a Director and Corporate Counsel in the Seattle headquarters of Getty Images, the world's leading creator and distributor of digital imagery, music, and multimedia products.Ma. Vaughan works on an 80% schedule and manages Getty Images' North American litigation.She also advises on a broad range of subjects, including employment law, regulatory compliance, privacy and data security, intellectual property and infringement issues, contracts, patents, M&A, corporate governance, and real estate.She has taught Business Law and Ethics for the University of Washington 's Masters in Business Administration program at the Bothell Campus, for undergraduate and graduate level classes at Seattle University 's Albers School of Business, as well as classes for the University of Washington 's Extension Program.Prior to working for Getty Images, Ms. Vaughan was a litigator with Oles, Morrison, Rinker and Baker, LLP.She is a graduate of Villanova University 's School of Law . Originally from the East Coast, she is married and lives in Seattle with her husband (Don) and two children, Emilia (5) and Matthias (2).
