Ia joined ASA in March 2002 as a Client Manager.In her current role, she maintains and strengthens relationships with ASA's school clients throughout Massachusetts.

Ia comes to ASA from the Boston University School of Management, where she held the position of Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid.She has been working in the financial aid industry for over six years.

Ia has her BS from Boston University.She is an active member of the National, Eastern, and Massachusetts Associations of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA, EASFAA, MASFAA) and the Delaware, District of Columbia, and Maryland Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (DEDCMD ASFAA).
