The following are pics of how my shotguns patterned before and after I had Mr. Vang modify them.They both feel so much smoother shooting them without any trigger work.The patterning pics speak for themselves but what they will not tell you is what a pleasure it was doing business with Mr Vang.

Hans Vang is a fine gunsmith who specializes in shotguns.Look him up at www.vangcomp.com.He is from a Danish (Swedish?) family, used to live in California (and I can't for the life of me remember where, I think central coast), and now is located in Arizona.He is incredibly friendly and informative to talk to.

He has an incredible reputation in tactical shotgun circles.That having been said, he has a few detractors; if you look at places like the tactical forum at www.shotgunworld.com, you'll find a few people there who say that his backboring and forcing cone lengthening and compensating do no good, and there are many more people who swear that it greatly reduces recoil and radically improves patterns.

Having spent some time researching what shotgun I shall buy (as soon as my budget for guns recovers from the terrible blow delivered by the off-list lowers), it will be an 11-87, and the first thing that will happen to it will be a trip to Hans Vang's shop.
