Michael Vander

Michael Vander has joined The Alta Group as an Associate, establishing a German office in Frankfurt. He recently was Sales Manager EMEA for CIT Europe running the Dell Financial Services programme across continental Europe. Prior he was Managing Director for Heller Global Vendor Finance Germany. He also worked in senior management roles in a number of other major asset finance companies, including Deutsche Leasing, De Lage Landen and Svenska Finans International. His international career spans many European countries and the US.

Alta Group Names Vander as Associate in New German Office Wednesday, October 14, 2009

The Alta Group, a provider of global asset finance and equipment leasing consultancy, has established a new office in Germany. The company also named Michael Vander as an associate for its Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region to serve in the new Frankfurt office.

Vander has two decades of experience in international business management and development, including multi-country vendor programs.

He also has prior experience in the German equipment finance market. In the mid-2000s, as managing director for Heller Global Vendor Finance Germany, Vander had full management responsibility for all business activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. More recently, he was sales manager EMEA for CIT Europe running the Dell Financial Services program across continental Europe.

Vander has also worked in senior management roles in a number of other major asset finance companies, including Deutsche Leasing, De Lage Landen and Svenska Finans International.
