   Keith Valory oversees corporate development and strategic alliances at IronPort Systems. Previously, he was a corporate associate with Venture Law Group LLC (now a division of Heller Eherman LLP) where he advised technology companies on issues relating to venture capital and venture debt funding, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property matters. Valory graduated Summa Cum Laude with J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from Santa Clara University, and also graduated with Highest Honors in Economics from the University of California, at Santa Cruz.

   Having lived most of his life in Santa Cruz, California, Keith received a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz, where he earned both Phi Beta Kappa and Highest Honors. While attending college there, he also worked as a loan officer and account representative for First Interstate Bank. Keith graduated summa cum laude from Santa Clara University with a law degree and an M.B.A. degree. While at Santa Clara, he served as the editor-in-chief of the Santa Clara Law Review, published a legal comment on insider trading, and studied international law at Magdalen College, Oxford. Keith joined Venture Law Group in June of 2000, and his practice focuses on general corporate and securities matters for emerging growth technology companies.
   
   Keith and his wife, Tawnia, live in Santa Clara with their son, Connor, and their daughter, Siena.
