Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board orders referral to a joint review panel and requests approval from the Minister of Indian and Northern Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 141(2)(a) of the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act and consistent with the Cooperation Plan, for it to enter in to an Agreement with the Minister of the Environment to establish a Joint Review.
