    Illustrious Sir Paul was born in Nebraska City, Nebraska and came to Lincoln when he was quite young.He attended Grade, Junior High and Senior High in the Lincoln School System.In his later years, he served the City of Lincoln as its City Clerk for 20 years.Illustrious Sir Paul was a member of East Lincoln Lodge #210, a member of the Scottish Rite, Lincoln Valley, and a member of the York Rite Bodies of Lincoln.Illustrious Sir Paul will always be remembered by his friends and Nobles as thoughtfully chewing on a unlit cigar.He was a good friend who always gave a cheerful wave and a good word whenever he met someone he knew.Our sympathy goes out to Lady Marcia and her family.Illustrious Sir Paul will be missed.

    At Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln, an off premise clinic is set up to provide treatment for patients, to bring the hospital to the patients in other words.These treatments are available to all children regardless of race, religion, or relationship to a Shriner.Orthopaedic Hospitals treat congenital orthopaedic deformities, injuries or diseases of the bones, joints and muscles.Burn Hospitals are staffed and equiped to treat patients with acute burns, patients requiring plastic reconstructive and restorative surgery as a result of "healed burns", severe scaring resulting in interference of mobility of the limbs, and scaring and deformity of the face.There are 18 Orthopaedic Shriners Hospitals, Three Shriners for Children with burns, and One Hospital that provides orthopaedic, burn, and spinal cord injury care located throughout North America (20 in the U.S. and one each in Canada and Mexico).Three of the orthopaedic hospitals in Chicago, Philadelphia, Sacramento have special programs dedicated to caring for Children with Spinal Cord Injuries.The Shriners Hospitals in Boston, Cincinnati, Galveston, and Sacramento treat Children with fresh burns.Sesostris Area Hospital is the Twin Cities Unit in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
