   DoALL has appointed Jay Valley as general manager of their Greenlee Diamond Tool Co division. Valley will be responsible for overall operations of the division including production, sales and distribution. He has had extensive experience in the abrasive and grinding industries having been employed by the Saint Gobain/Norton Co and the Black & Decker Accessories Div. He holds a Master of Science degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and now resides with his family in Carol Stream, Ill.
