As Director of Operations, Ruthanne Valle is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Signitas.She oversees the customer care of Signitas' clients and the company's human resources.She is responsible for the hiring and development of Signitas' staff and the documentation and delivery of internal and external training.

Prior to joining the Signitas team, Ms. Valle served as the Training and Quality Manager for State Street Research.She established a program to ensure that quality customer care was delivered to clients and collaborated on the development and implementation of a "pay-for-performance" program for employees.Ms. Valle has designed and employed training programs and served in management roles at Putnam Investments and WearGuard.She provided customer care and training for a personal lines insurance agency and spent several years at Bank of Boston Corporation.

Ms. Valle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
