Michelle Valle-Perez joined the AAPCHO staff in February 2007.As the Research Assistant, Ms. Valle-Perez collaborates on research and administrative support for the Senior Research Associate.She is currently assisting with the Enabling Service Accountability Project, which examines the impact of enabling services on healthcare access and outcomes as well as the Medically Underserved Asian American and Pacific Islander project.Ms. Valle-Perez also assists with the development of research proposals and data collection and analyses.She holds a Master of Arts degree in Asian Studies from University of Hawaii at Manoa, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Chinese Studies.Ms. Valle-Perez was born in San Jose and was raised in Stockton, CA.
