Francisco Valesquez is the International Director of Middle East and North Africa for Partners International.Francisco grew up in war-torn El Salvador and completed his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas.After his marriage to Evelyn, they returned to the University of Texas to both earn masters degrees to qualify them to work in a Muslim country, after which they served as missionaries to Turkey.Francisco assumed his current role in 1991.He serves as the link to many indigenous ministries assisted by Partners in North Africa and the Middle East.He researches, evaluates, recommends and helps develop indigenous ministries that are strategy and would benefit from involvement with Partners.He consults the ministry leaders on issues of leadership, funding and organizational development, and helps ministries develop stronger ties with supporters in North Amercia.
