    Julia Harlow Valeski has been the owner and head interior designer of Boulder Design Studio since 1990.She has a bachelor's degree with a major in interior design and is an allied member of ASID.

    Design projects by Julia include the following:

    The specification of all interior finishings for a 10,000 sq ft. Boulder home(On this project Julia provided all of the products with the exception of the hardwood floors.)

    Julia works with a sorority at the University of Colorado and over the past eight has been involved in the updating and accessorizing of the living, dining, music and entertainment room.She gutted and remodeled all of the bathrooms.This involved changes in the layout of the two large bathrooms.All bathrooms were retiled; new countertops, lighting, medicine cabinets were provided; showers were redone; all toilets, sinks and hardware were replaced.Julia designed and had fabricated a basket system for under the counters allowing each girl to have their own basket for their bathroom items that could be left in the bathrooms or carried to their rooms.Julia provided all products for this job.Julia hired and managed the sub contractors.The job was completed within schedule.
