Prior to joining NFR Security, Ms. Valenzuela was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Powersim Corporation and its subsequent spin off, Powersim Solutions.While at Powersim Solutions, Ms. Valenzuela oversaw the companies' financial, accounting and administrative departments, located in Reston, Virginia as well at its global subsidiaries in Norway, Germany and Great Britain.Ms. Valenzuela has also worked in the energy industry and held various financial positions with Statoil Energy, the former American subsidiary of the StatOil Group, one of the largest energy companies based in Norway and Potomac Capital Investment Corporation, the non-regulated subsidiary of Potomac Electric Power Company located in Washington DC.Ms. Valenzuela is a Certified Public Accountant.

In her current role, Amy is charged with the responsibility of overseeing the finance, accounting and day-to-day administration of the company.Amy joined the leadership team of Powersim Solutions from Powersim Corporation, where she served as Director of Finance and Treasurer of the company from 1999 to 2001.

Prior to joining Powersim Corporation, Amy worked for the Exploration and Production division of the American subsidiary of Statoil Group, one of the largest energy companies based in Stavanger, Norway.Amy was responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business planning.She also worked for Potomac Capital Investment Corporation (the non-regulated subsidiary of Potomac Electric Power Company, Washington DC's largest utility company) overseeing the accounting and finance activities of its Energy Division.

Amy is a Certified Public Accountant and has a degree in Business from Towson State University in Baltimore, Maryland.
