Mr. Scott Valentine has more than 5 years of experience as a statistician providing support to the federal government at the Federal Highway Administration's Office of Motor Carriers and at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.His experience includes analysis of the safety impacts of federal regulations on the truck and bus industries.Mr. Valentine also has experience in the application and limitations of various crash and safety databases maintained by the Department of Transportation.His work has included SAS programming, data analysis, and data quality control.He received a Bachelor of Science degree in 1997 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Major in Statistics and Minors in Economics and Mathematics.
