"We are really excited and honored he is coming to speak," said Christina Valentine, president of the College Republicans."We hope it will get students pumped up and thinking about politics and voting."

Valentine said she hopes it will help students learn about the issues and apply what they have learned in the classroom to issues and voting.She said she also hopes students see that being Catholic and being involved in politics are not separate things.
