  Erika Valente is the Conference and Events Manager at NCOT.Her responsibilities include producing the annual Governor's Conference on Tourism, managing the Nevada Tourism University Program, and assisting with other conferences and events like the 2002 Winter Olympic Visitor Center and the WSTPC Outdoor Education Conference.In January of 2004 she received the industry's premier certification as a meeting professional from the Convention Industry Council.
