Operations Director, Paul Usher explains the reasons behind the company's decision to gain the new accreditation: 'ISO 9001:2000 demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and standards of operation.We wanted to implement best practice across the whole of Patrick Farfan Associates, from acquisition, design and construction, through to our estates and facilities management services.It was key for us also to ensure this was achieved company-wide and not just in one or two locations.In order to achieve this, we have implemented the policy to review our processes and procedures regularly, to ensure we continue to deliver a top quality service whilst the business achieves its ambitious growth plans for the future.'
Paul continued, 'The accreditation on our first submission demonstrates our committment to this standard and it is a credit to all of our Associates that the first external review against this standard produced a zero-defect and non-conformity result.'
