Dawn Urbany, middle school teacher suggested that a consistent Board policy be established for modified sports.

Dawn Urbany, a seventh- and eighth-grade Spanish teacher at Lansing Middle School, said although she's been a teacher in the district for 16 years, the center has been useful.The money, she agreed, should be used for improving technology resources in the center.

"Multimedia and even teleconferencing is bridging the gap between the rural areas and the world ..." Urbany said.

Dawn Urbany, a teacher at the middle school, read a letter from the seventh-grade teachers that requested the board make some sort of alternative provision to address the poor cooling in their school.
