Maggie Udelhofen - Program Assistant

Maggie serves as a part-time Program Assistant.Maggie is part of our overnight staff.She assists the staff, women and children by helping them where she is needed.Examples include providing supervision of the children while the women are attending a program or recreational activity or spending one-to-one visiting time with the women.

Maggie is a native of Cassville, Wisconsin and moved to Dubuque at age 10.Maggie graduated from Loras College in May 2004 with a major in psychology and minors in German and biology.In September 2004 she went to live in Germany for four months to support her minor and learn about the culture and history.

She originally came to Maria House in April 2002 to serve as a volunteer for the overnight shift.In December 2002, she became a regular part-time staff member.She is planning on participating in the AmeriCorps program in the fall before furthering her education in all three degree areas.
