John Udelhofen

John Udelhofen is a co-founder of Laurus.
John's responsibilities include the overall direction and performance of the company, coupled with the management of the central holding company services to the business groups.
John's experience includes over 26 years of entrepreneurship in middle market companies in a broad range of businesses.
He has worked in and managed start ups, fast growing companies, and turnarounds.
John has expertise in acquisitions, mergers, financial reporting, operations, automated systems, budgeting and planning, tax administration, risk, and human resource management.
John Udelhofen received his MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of
Management in 1995, a BGS in Computer Science from Roosevelt University
of Chicago in 1990, and a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University of Chicago in 1980.
John was inducted into the Chicago Area Entrepreneur Hall of Fame in 2007.
He was a finalist for both the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Illinois Technology Association CEO of the Year in 2008.
John also holds a CPA in the state of Illinois and is a member of the board for First Step Foundation.
John enjoys teaching on a variety of business subject matters and is mentor to a number of entrepreneurs.
