Victor Tseng joined Vincera Ventures as an Assistant Manager in August 2001.Prior to joining Vincera, Mr. Tseng was Marketing/Product Manager at Chang Star Inc, a major player in the bicycle components business.Mr. Tseng was responsible for all international accounts, including the United States and Europe.He has maintained close relationships with many clients and has a wealth of experience in marketing strategy.Mr. Tseng also brings knowledge of the business dynamics of the Taiwanese manufacturing sector.

Mr. Tseng received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
