Jiann-An Tsai received his MS degree and PhD degree on electrical engineering from Virginia Tech in 1995 and 2002, respectively.From 1995 to 2002 he was a member of technical staff at Lucent Technology/Bell Lab in Whippany New Jersey.He was responsible for evaluating system performance of advanced signal processing techniques for 3G wireless systems.Currently, He is a staff engineer with Samsung Telecom America at Richardson, Texas.He is responsible for developing advanced signal processing techniques for beyond 3G wireless systems.
