Enta Group became involved in the scheme in late 2008 when the importance of the CFR Scheme was brought to the attention of Enta Group's CEO and founder Jason Tsai by a member of staff. "I was informed that a member of our staff was an active CFR and I learnt of the vital, life saving service these volunteers provide to our community. I was immediately interested in supporting the scheme and we began by providing a domain and hosting service to the organisation free of charge. I plan to follow this up with regular financial contributions which we are currently discussing. said Jason Tsai.

This is not the only support the Enta Group CEO provides to the local community. Originally from Taiwan, Tsai promotes the importance of cultural understanding between British and Taiwanese/Chinese communities in the local area. This support extends to the Telford Chinese School which he has been involved with for several years.

The sponsorship reflects Jason Tsai's existing principle of supporting East-West relationships, demonstrated elsewhere by his establishment in 1998 of the Tsai Lau-Chi Charitable Foundation; and the Telford Chinese School which was opened in 1994 to provide students from a variety of backgrounds with an education in Chinese culture.

Commenting on the project, Entagroup founder and CEO Jason Tsai said "The new unified office will enable our companies to communicate and collaborate more easily, resulting in improved efficiency for both us and our customers. A large number of our customers partner with both Entatech and Entanet and we recognise the need to capitalise on the opportunities that this brings. In addition, as both Entatech and Entanet actively recruit new staff across their business, it has become necessary to create new workspace."

Significantly, the development of the new office will allow even further expansion within the businesses. "By releasing office space previously occupied by staff we are about to more than double the size of Entanet´s data centres and facilitate a further 200 racks to meet the intense demand for our colocation and hosting services" says Jason Tsai.

Entagroup was established in 1990 with the founding of Entatech. Due to year on year growth, by 1996 Jason Tsai realised the need for larger premises and the company moved to its purpose built pagoda building located on Stafford Park, Telford.
