  He indicates that his specialty is helping clients upgrading properties to sell for more- the Added Value Concept.I found in working with him that his specialty is almost everything.He is very knowledgeable on current trends in the real estate market, and sharp on buyers psychology, and truly a maven on all aspects of buying and selling real estate.
  
  I followed his advise and also help from his recommended trade vendors to update and dress up my condo in West Los Angeles for sale.His marketing strategies were so effective that they generated multiple offers in 23 days in November during holidays season - typically a slower market.He stayed on top of transaction all the way.And I SOLD MY CONDO OVER ASKING PRICE even though all the news media were talking about slower and leveling market!

  Our first impression was that Jamie is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and resourceful.He did not right away try sell me any house like other agents.He puts lot of effort to understand and communicate our needs by sending new property listings email every day and followed by showing condos in different neighborhoods in west Los Angeles and Culver City.Furthermore he also helps to analyze our financial situation in connection to the property we were looking at.
