Pamela Williams Trued was born in Decatur, Georgia and spent her childhood in Macon. She studied at Georgia Southern University, Mercer University, and Georgia State University and has attended workshops and classes with local and nationally known artists. Her 30-year teaching career with the Fulton County School System produced many students that became art lovers. Since her retirement she has resumed classes and workshops in oil painting.
Pamela is active with several art organizations: the Newnan - Coweta Arts Association, Fayette Society of Fine Arts, the Atlanta Portrait Society, Carrollton Artists Guild, Society of Decorative Painters, Douglas County Artists Association, and SCAVA, a coalition of art associations in seven counties in the Atlanta Area. -
