Adam TroyAs a Managing Partner of Omni Management Group, Adam brings to OMG his experience in banking, community relations, public policy and faith-based community development.He is primarily responsible for the corporate strategy and business development aspects of Omni.Over the past decade he has established a unique career path based on an unwavering commitment to integrity, service and leadership.He has served as a highly valued and trusted advisor to a wide range of civic, religious and political organizations.
Adam has an undergraduate degree in Banking & Finance from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia and also attended the Colleges of Law and Administration Sciences at The Ohio State University.After graduating from Morehouse, Adam served as legal intern on Capitol Hill to former Congressman William H. Gray, III and to the United States House Budget Committee.Adam was later appointed by the Ohio Civil Rights Commission as the Administrative Director for the nation's fist statewide commission created to address the plight of African-American males: The Ohio Commission on African-American Males.Adam was approached in 1992 by NBC affiliate, WCMH-TV 4, to help spearhead a major education initiative.He served as the Education Reporter and host of a weekly education segment.Later, Adam embarked upon a career in bank consulting with P.T. & Associates where he managed seven cities in five states, aiding banks in the implementation of the Community Centered Banking program in their communities.
Adam has developed a legacy of community service within a number of organizations including: U.S. Bank, Renaissance Community Development Corporation, Action for Children; The Columbus Council on World Affairs; WOSU, The Columbus Public Schools Vocational Reading and Multicultural Advisory Boards; The Marburn Academy; Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity; Fannie Mae Advisory Council; and Columbus Morehouse Alumni Association.Adam also serves as one of the Trustees for The House of Troy Foundation - a Family Foundation established to create and support programs addressing youth leadership development in the areas of education, music/arts, and healthcare.He is a 26 year resident of Columbus, Ohio and is married to the former Victoria George.
